This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle Fusion HCM Support Analyst based in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to serve as a functional expert supporting and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications. You will work across key HR functions including recruiting, talent, compensation, benefits, learning, and core human resources. The position combines hands-on application support with business partnership, release management, reporting, security, and continuous improvement. You will help translate HR needs into effective technology solutions while resolving complex production issues and improving system performance. Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you will contribute to a reliable and user-focused HCM ecosystem. - Serve as the primary functional support resource for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex production issues and user inquiries.
- Analyze root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and manage service requests, incidents, and enhancements in line with established SLAs.
- Maintain system configurations, monitor application performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes, functionality, and operational efficiency.
- Provide functional support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Workforce Structures, Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, Performance Management, Goal Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Journeys, and HCM Security.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on Oracle-delivered functionality, recommended practices, and opportunities to enhance workforce management, talent processes, and employee experiences.
- Review Oracle quarterly releases, assess their impact on existing configurations, coordinate regression and user acceptance testing, and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports, support workforce and compliance reporting, investigate data discrepancies, and assist users with reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Support HCM security roles, data access controls, segregation of duties, audits, and compliance activities while protecting confidential employee information.
- Develop test scripts, maintain functional documentation and configuration records, create process flows and knowledge articles, and provide end-user guidance and training as needed.
- 5–10 years of experience supporting Human Capital Management systems, including at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules and managing production issues, system enhancements, and quarterly release activities.
- Practical experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle HCM reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and functional concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing requests, and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting global HCM environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and REST or SOAP integrations is desirable.
- Experience supporting payroll-related integrations and downstream systems is a plus.
