Manager, BlinkRx Growth & Strategy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, BlinkRx Growth & Strategy based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, market access, product, and operations within a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.
You will help expand a pharma-focused business while improving the products, processes, and capabilities that support scalable growth.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across client acquisition, revenue growth, and operational effectiveness.
You will own high-visibility initiatives and work closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, and senior cross-functional leaders.
The role also provides meaningful exposure to P&L management, commercial strategy, and healthcare innovation.
Success requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional execution, and the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

Accountabilities:

As part of the Growth & Revenue function, you will drive strategic and operational initiatives that support client growth, product innovation, and scalable execution across the business.

  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to advance core offerings and improve business performance.
  • Develop and execute initiatives focused on product innovation, operational effectiveness, and scalable growth.
  • Own P&L performance for a portfolio of accounts across the revenue funnel.
  • Support the Growth team throughout the end-to-end client acquisition process to help drive revenue.
  • Design and implement initiatives that increase market awareness, engagement, and client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Insights teams to develop and distribute reporting that improves data visibility and decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leaders across multiple functions on high-impact internal and external initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and operating models that support future growth and innovation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strategic and analytical capabilities with strong execution skills and experience working across complex, cross-functional environments. A background in healthcare, life sciences, health tech, or strategy and operations is particularly valuable.

  • 5+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects in consulting, technology strategy and operations, startups, or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with product, operations, commercial strategy, market access, or related strategic functions.
  • Healthcare, life sciences, or health tech experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute against ambitious goals while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong learning agility and the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project planning, and time-management skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on practical solutions.
  • MBA or experience in strategic consulting is preferred.
