  • Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, creator sourcing, contracting, product fulfillment, execution, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers, providing clear guidance, resources, and support to help creators produce high-quality content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare timely reports that highlight results, opportunities, actionable insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Use project management and campaign tools to keep deliverables organized, documented, measurable, and on schedule.

  • Evaluate campaign execution critically, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Stay informed about influencer marketing trends, social platform developments, creator behaviors, and emerging best practices, contributing insights and recommendations to team playbooks.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, social media marketing, client services, or a related field.
  • Experience in an agency environment or high-growth SaaS organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in customer-facing environments with professionalism, confidence, responsiveness, and strong judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and trusted relationships with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for the creator economy, influencer marketing, social media innovation, and emerging digital trends.
  • Impact-driven approach with the ability to prioritize high-value work, meet deadlines, adapt quickly, and maintain focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and connect day-to-day decisions with broader campaign and business goals.
  • Curious, growth-oriented, collaborative, resilient, accountable, and emotionally intelligent approach to working with diverse stakeholders and navigating change.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to meet applicable location requirements for the role.
Benefits:
