Job Description

At Law Partners, we do more than practise law — we help people rebuild their lives after injury. As one of Australia's leading personal injury law firms, we are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes while providing genuine care and support to every client we represent.

Our award-winning firm continues to grow year after year, driven by a passionate team, strong values, and a culture that puts people first. We invest in our people through clear career pathways, industry-leading training, recognition programs, and a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.

With modern offices, innovative technology, flexible work practices, and a reputation for excellence, Law Partners is a place where talented professionals can build meaningful and rewarding careers while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Client Care Specialist

Work School hours Monday to Friday

Be the calm voice people remember in one of the hardest moments of their lives

At Law Partners, every client journey begins with a conversation — and that first interaction matters enormously.

We are looking for confident, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent Client Care Specialists to join our high-performing Client Care team in our modern Sydney CBD office.

This is far more than a traditional contact centre role. You won’t be reading from scripts or rushing people off the phone. Instead, you’ll play a critical role helping people who may be injured, overwhelmed, uncertain, or looking for guidance during difficult moments in their lives.

Your ability to listen, reassure, build trust, and guide conversations with professionalism and empathy will directly impact whether someone gets the help they need.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy speaking with people, and want meaningful work where your conversations genuinely matter — this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the trusted first point of contact

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone, web, and referrals
  • Create a calm, supportive, and professional experience from the first interaction
  • Build trust quickly through empathy, confidence, and active listening
  • Help potential clients feel heard, understood, and supported

Guide conversations with confidence

  • Ask thoughtful and effective questions to understand each person’s circumstances
  • Take ownership of conversations while maintaining warmth and professionalism
  • Clearly explain next steps and manage expectations
  • Capture key information accurately and efficiently in real time

Drive outcomes that matter

  • Coordinate warm transfers to the appropriate legal teams
  • Secure clear next steps to ensure enquiries progress quickly
  • Follow up missed calls and incomplete enquiries proactively
  • Ensure no genuine client opportunity is missed

Be part of a high-performing team

  • Work within structured processes and service standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve the client experience and team performance
  • Collaborate with supportive leaders and colleagues who genuinely care about quality service

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who can balance empathy with confidence and professionalism.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in an inbound call environment
(contact centre, healthcare, customer service, insurance, legal, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence handling emotional or sensitive conversations
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a calm approach under pressure
  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

We strongly encourage applications from bilingual candidates, particularly those who speak:

  • Mandarin
  • Cantonese
  • Arabic
  • Farsi
  • Spanish

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and multilingual team members help us deliver exceptional support to the communities we serve.

Why Join Law Partners?

At Law Partners, we are proud to be one of Australia’s leading personal injury law firms, known for both our client outcomes and our people-focused culture.

We offer:

  • Modern, state-of-the-art Sydney CBD offices
  • Structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development
  • Work school hours Monday to Friday
  • Genuine career progression opportunities
  • Hybrid work flexibility once established in the role
  • A supportive, collaborative, and social team culture
  • Meaningful work where your conversations genuinely make a difference
  • Regular social events, wellbeing initiatives, and employee recognition programs

This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who…

  • Loves speaking with people and building trust quickly
  • Wants more meaning and purpose in their work
  • Enjoys fast-paced environments where no two conversations are the same
  • Is motivated by helping people while achieving strong outcomes
  • Wants to join a professional organisation with long-term career opportunities

If you’re looking for a role where empathy, communication, and professionalism are genuinely valued — and where you can make an impact from the very first conversation — we’d love to hear from you.
