Position Summary

The Project Manager I oversees and coordinates day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and
successful completion. This role is fully accountable for the financial performance and deliver of assigned projects. Project assignments for this role range from two to three projects at $500k-$5M, to sole ownership of a single $20M, to a team role on contracts up to $60M. The Project Manager I develops project plans, manages resources, monitors progress, communicates with stakeholders, and addresses issues to meet project goals within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role is focused on skill development, process adherence, and building foundational project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple electrical construction projects from
beginning to end.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project including material procurement, labor,
subcontractors, equipment, and other resources.
• Serve as a highly visible, active leadership presence and trusted resource for project field teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based client relationships that reinforce our commitment to being
indispensable to our clients.
• Track project budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, permits, contracts, etc.)
• Support procurement activities and material tracking.
• Monitor jobsite progress and ensure alignment with schedule.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Participate in client and internal project meetings

Qualifications & Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related field; experience
may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of electrical project management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proven project management and scheduling skills.
• Deep knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong customer/client service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously and prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Oral and written communication skills.
