SHIFT LEAD in Denver, Colorado at MISSION YOGURT INC

Mission Yogurt is seeking a Shift Lead for our retail store, Longs Peak Market and Goods, located inside the Denver Airport! The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations by ensuring high-quality service and maintaining an excellent guest experience. This role supports the management team by supervising team members, upholding company standards, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow during shifts. We are looking for someone with open availability, with weekends being a must!

Pay: $23hr.

What We Are Looking For, Shift Lead:

• Candidates with at least two years of retail experience.

• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Shift Lead:

• Participate in coaching, counseling, training & development of staff;
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff;
• Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff;
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns;
• Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations;
• Ensure adherence to cash management procedures;
• Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies;
• Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated and stored properly

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. The position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
