We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Insights to join our growing Behavioral Insights team. We partner with some of the world’s best brands to help them deeply understand the people who matter most to them — and turn that understanding into strategies that move people to action. Our custom research spans qualitative and quantitative methods, from immersion and journeys to brand modeling and segmentation, all grounded in the behavioral science of how people experience brands.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You will lead custom research engagements from kickoff through final readout — owning the design, the process, the client relationship, and the story the data tells. You will run several projects at once, present with confidence to senior stakeholders, and help grow the accounts and new business you are part of. If you take pride in flawless delivery and in turning complex data into recommendations clients can act on, we should talk.

In this role, you can expect:

  • Act as project manager for clients on custom workstreams, owning timelines, milestones, and every moving part across concurrent projects
  • Keep each stage on schedule and on budget: kickoff, design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, fielding, analysis, and final reporting
  • Lead projects end to end with minimal oversight, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to a consistently high standard of quality
  • Serve as a day-to-day expert in the market research process across both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Design research — questionnaires, screeners, and discussion guides — that aligns to client objectives and gets beneath the surface
  • Turn data into a clear, compelling story, writing headlines and recommendations that connect findings to business decisions
  • Present findings to clients and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Own client relationships and contribute to organic growth, spotting opportunities to expand the work
  • Contribute to new business by assisting in the development of proposals and pitch materials, and showing up with confidence in pitch situations
  • Manage internal and external partners alike — analysts, vendors, and cross-functional teams across Strategy, CX, and Growth

Our ideal candidate:

  • 6+ years of custom market research experience, with hands-on ownership of studies from design through final deliverable
  • Well-versed in the market research process, comfortable across both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects end to end with minimal oversight, delivering against hard deadlines without letting anything slip
  • Skilled at turning data into clear, actionable recommendations that clients can act on
  • A confident presenter who is comfortable in front of senior client stakeholders
  • Experience fostering client relationships and contributing to new business, including proposals and pitch situations
  • Strong people skills for collaborating with internal teams and managing external vendors alike
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics such as regression, MaxDiff and segmentation, with a clear understanding of when to apply each and the benefits of each
  • High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, plus comfort with survey platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, etc.
  • Deeply understands the research process yet stays open to developing new and better ways of doing things
  • Is keen to keep refining their craft and actively seeking growth in their career
  • Curiosity about how emerging tools, including AI, can take friction out of the research process
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business, Statistics or a related field
  • We will consider candidates with either client or supplier side experience

Salary range: $100,000 - $145,000

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.

Our people take care of us, so we take care of our people. Enjoy:

  • Ample paid time off to recharge and reset
  • 401K: traditional and Roth options, plus employer match
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and life insurance premiums for employees
  • Optional vision, life, short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid maternity leave

If you don’t meet all of the requirements for this role, but feel you have something unique to contribute to Monigle, we’d love to hear from you. Please do apply and tell us more about you in your cover letter.
