Pay Range

$63,400.00-$95,000.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Position Overview:

The MRO Business Information and Pricing Specialist's role is responsible for maintaining high-quality pricing and master data within SAP, ensuring compliance with data governance, material mater management, RFQ support, and stakeholder engagement.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage pricing data in SAP. Retrieve pricing files from suppliers and upload into SAP timely.
  • Verify that price approval processes are followed, and that documentation meets legal requirements
  • Monitor, approve, or deny material master requests in SAP and ensure it adheres to Data Governance Standards and associated business processes.
  • Measure end-to-end process time for master data updates and drive adherence to set service levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather meaningful requirements to develop Request for Quotations (RFQ) for various materials and services
  • Analyze data quality reports and prescribe corrective actions as required.
  • Communicate with Data Stakeholders on importance of high-quality master data
  • Coordinate and lead the MRO Buyers Call, a key collaboration meeting between GP&L/MRO Corporate and Plant Buyers to share best practices and important material information.
  • Light category management
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated expertise of SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Expert) and Outlook
  • Proven understanding of SAP product structure, SAP customer structure and data governance standards
  • Proven analytical, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem resolution
  • Minimal travel required (0 - 10 days per year)
  • Hybrid work environment
