This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager in India.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and system architecture, focusing on delivering and optimizing complex, customer-facing eCommerce solutions. You will drive initiatives across integrations, platform enhancements, and feature development that directly impact user experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders across multiple time zones. The role requires strong technical fluency combined with product thinking to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. You will own key parts of the product lifecycle, from discovery and backlog management to release validation and post-launch performance analysis. This is a highly cross-functional position where clear communication and structured execution are essential to success.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical product initiatives across complex systems while ensuring alignment between business goals, engineering execution, and customer outcomes.

  • Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation in Jira and Confluence
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of features, integrations, and platform enhancements from discovery through deployment and support
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure solution feasibility and scalability
  • Manage complex system integrations, ensuring proper data flow across interconnected platforms and services
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical complexity, and operational dependencies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, grooming, and retrospectives
  • Lead UAT planning, QA coordination, and post-release validation activities
  • Define and track product performance metrics, using data to validate outcomes and guide improvements
  • Work with SQL and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making and requirement validation
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively driving resolution and continuous improvement
  • Support optimization of the end-to-end order lifecycle, including payments, inventory, fulfillment, and returns
Requirements:

This role requires strong technical product experience, system integration knowledge, and the ability to operate confidently in cross-functional engineering environments.

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in technical product management or system-focused product roles in eCommerce or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of full-stack technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, or Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, and backend architecture concepts
  • Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data-driven product validation (SQL or similar tools)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-system dependencies
  • Understanding of monolithic and microservices architectures and their operational impact
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or WMS is a plus
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance product discovery, analysis, and workflow efficiency
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
  • Provident fund contributions and financial security benefits
  • Paid time off, holidays, and supportive work-life balance initiatives
  • Mental health and wellness programs
  • Remote-first work environment with company-provided equipment and home office stipend
  • Annual professional development budget for learning and certifications
  • Performance-based rewards and recognition programs
  • Employee ownership participation through equity-style initiatives
  • Flexible work culture with emphasis on autonomy and accountability
  • Strong focus on learning, internal mobility, and career growth opportunities
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture with regular feedback and engagement programs
