This is a high-impact HR leadership role focused on enabling high-performing Operations and Risk teams within a fast-scaling, digital-first environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate complex people challenges ranging from organizational design to performance management and employee relations. The role blends hands-on HR execution with strategic partnership, ensuring managers are equipped to build strong, engaged, and accountable teams. You will contribute directly to shaping the employee experience through core HR programs such as performance cycles and engagement initiatives. Working closely with other HRBPs and business leaders, you will help drive consistency in people practices while adapting solutions to evolving business needs. - Partner with Operations and Risk leaders as a strategic advisor on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent development
- Lead performance management processes, supporting managers in identifying high performers and addressing underperformance effectively
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations, policy interpretation, and recommendation of appropriate actions
- Build strong relationships with managers to improve leadership capability, confidence, and day-to-day people management effectiveness
- Support and execute core HR programs including performance cycles, engagement surveys, and other enterprise-wide initiatives
- Act as a key problem solver and connector between HR and business teams to ensure effective, timely people solutions
- Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and organizational consistency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
- 6–10+ years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in Employee Relations roles
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching within fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels
- High emotional intelligence with sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, complex interpersonal dynamics, and organizational change effectively
- Experience using data or HR systems to support decision-making is a plus
- Strong bias for action, ownership, and accountability in delivering practical people solutions
