  • Customize and tailor materials for specific client opportunities while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Identify gaps in enablement assets and collaborate with marketing leadership to address missing or outdated content
  • Manage brand asset libraries, ensuring proper organization, version control, and adherence to brand standards
  • Support NetSuite alliance and partner marketing activities, ensuring compliance and timely execution of deliverables
  • Coordinate project tracking, timelines, and execution workflows across enablement and marketing initiatives
  • Support campaign execution, reporting, and administrative marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations (SaaS or professional services preferred)
  • Experience creating and maintaining sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates
  • Strong understanding of brand governance and consistency across marketing assets
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), and familiarity with Figma-based systems
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Smartsheet
  • Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail across copy and design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in partner or alliance marketing (NetSuite exposure is a plus)
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote options
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible PTO policies
  • Retirement savings options
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Strong emphasis on work-life balance and employee well-being
