As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz, you're a key player on our team. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences.

• Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness.
• Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles.
• Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers.
• Hands-On Involvement: You'll be actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and you'll maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• You've got experience managing restaurants, and if you've opened a new joint or done some local marketing, even better.

High school diploma or equivalent
