JOB SUMMARY:
Renova One is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our Flooring division in Des Moines. This role is responsible for field supervision, quality assurance, and warehouse operations across our flooring service lines — including Builder, Multi-Family, and Turnkey. It's a full-time, boots-on-the-ground position that calls for someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, maintain high standards, and keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Perform field supervision and quality assurance (QA) across all flooring service lines including Builder/MF and Turnkey projects
- Oversee daily flooring installation activities, ensuring work meets Renova One quality standards and project timelines
- Manage warehouse (WH) responsibilities and inventory associated with Des Moines operations
- Coordinate with crews and subcontractors on-site, providing direction and resolving issues as they arise
- Serve as a multi-functional contributor across service lines
- Utilize systems to track jobs, report progress, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with the regional manager and broader operations team to support market growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience in flooring installation (residential, commercial, or multifamily)
- Warehouse (WH) experience and/or knowledge of flooring materials management
- General construction knowledge and understanding of field operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in crew management and/or field oversight
- Familiarity with Builder/MF or Turnkey flooring project workflows
- Proficiency with field software tools (LGTK, Smartsheet, RFMS Measure, or similar)
