This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the reliability, scalability, and performance of modern fintech platforms serving a large customer base. As a DevOps Engineer II, you will work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and system observability to ensure smooth and secure product delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, security, and IT teams to reduce operational friction and improve deployment velocity. The environment is fast-paced, product-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ownership and practical engineering impact. You will play a key role in strengthening platform resilience while enabling continuous delivery practices across multiple services. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer passionate about automation, cloud-native systems, and building reliable infrastructure at scale.
- Design, maintain, and evolve infrastructure-as-code to provision and manage scalable cloud environments.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and secrets management systems to support efficient delivery.
- Implement and enhance observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and scalability challenges.
- Support secure infrastructure practices including IAM, network security, VPN/VPC configuration, and system hardening.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning, incident response processes, and ongoing platform reliability improvements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar infrastructure-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and containerization tools like Docker.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking principles, and security best practices (IAM, security groups).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities and improving system performance.
