- Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization products.
- Define technical vision and execution strategy, ensuring scalable, reliable, and customer-centric solutions.
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, machine learning engineers, and go-to-market teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver business value.
- Drive the design and implementation of advanced forecasting models, scheduling algorithms, and operational planning tools.
- Make key architectural decisions while balancing innovation, technical debt management, and long-term platform scalability.
- Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

- Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing software engineering teams.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $230,000 to $270,000 annually.
