The Enterprise Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute targeted marketing programs that drive account engagement, accelerate pipeline creation, and support revenue growth across strategic enterprise segments. Working closely with sales, operations, and external partners, this position combines hands-on campaign execution with performance analysis and optimization. The role requires expertise in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, and account-based strategies, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. Success will be defined by the ability to align marketing efforts with enterprise buying journeys and consistently improve funnel progression. - Partner with sales and revenue leadership to translate business objectives into demand generation strategies that drive account engagement, pipeline growth, and opportunity progression.
- Lead the execution and optimization of enterprise marketing campaigns across paid media, website channels, SEO initiatives, lifecycle programs, and account-based marketing efforts.
- Design and manage nurture programs, lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation, and automated workflows tailored to enterprise buying committees and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize targeting, messaging, creative performance, testing strategies, and budget allocation.
- Oversee landing page development and campaign experiences, improving conversion rates, user experience, and alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
- Partner with revenue operations teams to ensure accurate lifecycle tracking, attribution, reporting, and data flow across marketing and CRM systems.
- Monitor campaign performance and funnel metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and revenue impact.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in B2B marketing, AI-powered growth strategies, privacy regulations, and enterprise buyer behavior to continuously enhance programs.
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, account-based marketing, or related B2B marketing functions.
- Strong expertise in paid media platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, display advertising, and retargeting strategies.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and CMS, including workflow automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign, funnel, and attribution data into strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, technical website optimization, content discoverability, and AI-driven search trends.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams, revenue operations, creative agencies, and cross-functional business partners.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and their application to personalization, content creation, campaign optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, enterprise ABM platforms, or sales-assisted marketing motions is considered a plus.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
