We are in need of an Assistant Parts Manager at our Oconomowoc campus. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Assistant Parts Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Follows up on back-ordered parts
- Replenishes assigned inventory daily
- Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order
- Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Parts experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
