Roustabout - Experienced Only

Essential Functions:

• Safely work in a potentially hazardous environment
• Secure equipment and safely transport according to company policy and DOT regulations
• Build and maintain tank batteries, including setting tanks, moving tank batteries and pump units
• Install and make repairs to oil and produced water tanks, piping, valves, pumps, and motors including confined space entry
• Clean up oil spills and general clean up
• Assist with the construction and maintenance of oil and gas drilling sites
• General site prep such as digging trenches, pits, lines, and building foundations for equipment installation
• Perform general labor tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Experience in the Oilfield Industry. Supervisory experience highly preferred but not required
• Ability to think critically and strategically
• High level of communication skills (Verbal, written, and electronic)
• Ability to lift a min of 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work overtime, when needed
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Perform other duties as needed
• Assist in Providing a safe and hazard-free work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience is required
• Must be able to operate wrenches, impacts, grinders, and other common oilfield tools.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
