Restaurant Manager in Monroe, Georgia at Biddys Monroe LLC

Job Summary:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure goals in sales, food quality, cleanliness, labor, and guest satisfaction are achieved while maintaining Biddy’s standards and culture. We're looking for someone who is excited to take on new challenges, develop their skills, and grow with us as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities
Lead from the font and be hands-on maintaining presence in the store approximately 50-60 hours per week.
Lead and support team members
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Schedule staff and assign duties
Train and coach employees
Resolve guest concerns professionally
Monitor inventory and deliveries
Maintain compliance with health regulations
Assist with daily operations as needed

Qualifications
Leadership and communication skills
Bilingual in spanish preferred
Restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
