Job Description
SUMMARY
The Chef Inspired Lead duties include but are not limited to providing genuine customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, controlling shrink and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
- Knows use, and taste of products offered
- Sets and garnishes hot case daily
- Performs food prep and cooks as needed
- Maintains full cold, chef inspired case with variety of fresh product
- Quality assurance checks of department
- Properly handles and rotates product
- Organization of the chef inspired section of walk in cooler
- Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness
- Promotes sales
- Processes orders through the POS system
- Handles various tenders, cash, checks, credit/debit/gift cards and coupons
- Promotes and supports established programs
- Record keeping
- Works within company programs, policies and procedures
- Follows all Health Code guidelines
- Promote and support established programs
- Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
- Other duties as assigned
