F&B Attendant - Hotel in Mandau Talawang at Nadi Talent Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented F&B Attendants to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Welcome and assist guests with impeccable courtesy, professionalism, and polished service etiquette.

• Present menus, provide recommendations, and explain dishes, beverages, and specials clearly and confidently.

• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen and bar teams.

• Serve food and beverages following luxury service standards, including fine-dining procedures when required.

• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and dining ambience in accordance with 5-star expectations.

• Ensure all service equipment is clean, polished, and ready for operation.

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently with a guest-first mindset.

• Collaborate closely with the F&B team to maintain smooth service flow.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an F&B Attendant or similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant service etiquette, food & beverage basics, and hospitality standards.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.

• Professional appearance, confident communication, and strong guest engagement skills.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and service excellence.

• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
