  • Implement data governance standards, data hygiene strategies, deduplication logic, and system architecture best practices to maintain reliable CRM operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance, training, onboarding support, and troubleshooting assistance to both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, CRM specialists, and leadership teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and operational alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, scope expansion, and long-term client growth while supporting project scoping and budgeting activities.
  • Create technical documentation, process frameworks, and scalable CRM workflows that support long-term operational success.
  • Stay informed on HubSpot ecosystem developments, CRM trends, RevOps best practices, and complementary technologies to maintain innovative client solutions.
  • Support knowledge sharing, mentorship, and process optimization initiatives within the broader CRM and strategy teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience building and managing advanced HubSpot solutions, CRM systems, or Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Canadian French with strong grammar, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub, and HubSpot AI capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in Revenue Operations processes, including lead-to-cash workflows, forecasting, attribution, lifecycle management, and CRM architecture.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot native integrations, field mapping, sync logic, and external platform connectivity.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical workflows and automated CRM solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience working remotely in client-facing consulting, agency, or strategic CRM environments is strongly preferred.
  • HubSpot certifications including Trainer Certification, Revenue Operations, Marketing Software, Sales Software, and Service Hub certifications are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with complementary RevOps tools such as Gong, Outreach, Zapier, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or related technologies is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM migration projects, Agile project management methodologies, and technical documentation development is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote freelance work environment with location flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work with high-profile clients and advanced HubSpot ecosystems.
  • Exposure to complex CRM, RevOps, and digital transformation projects across multiple industries.
  • Collaborative and supportive remote culture focused on innovation and measurable client success.
  • Flexible scheduling and project-based work structure.
  • Ongoing opportunities for professional development, certifications, and technical growth.

  • Dynamic and fast-paced work environment that values expertise, accountability, and client impact.
