About the Role

We’re looking to hire a Corporate FP&A Manager, who’ll play a key role in helping our business scale through thoughtful financial planning, operational insight, and strategic partnership. You’ll work closely with leadership across product, operations, and finance to support new initiatives, improve decision-making, and drive visibility into business performance across key markets and products.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical fundamentals with sound business judgment and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments. This position will report directly to our Director of FP&A, and will manage a team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own P&Ls. Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis within markets
  • Support growth initiatives. Build models for product launches and global expansion
  • Lead executive reporting. Contribute to, and deliver board, investor, and leadership insights.
  • Improve financial rigor. Validate assumptions and strengthen reporting quality.
  • Develop and build your team. Help mentor and upskill your analysts and future team members.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with experience leading & developing a team.
  • A strong business acumen where you’re able to take business initiatives and turn them into outcomes with connected financial insights & deliverables.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, layering in the right amount of structure and innovation to move forward.
  • End to end P&L ownership experience, with strong financial modeling skills to build with & share.
  • Strong cross functional partnership, as you’ll work with teams both in the US, and in our frontier markets.
  • Experience working in Financial Services/Fintech highly preferred
  • Professional working ability in Spanish or French a plus!
