Join our Team at Adelante as a Production Worker!You will work in a dedicated team that supports large-scale mailing, packaging, and production operations for a variety of customers and contracts. You’ll play an important role in helping projects move efficiently from start to finish while working in a team-focused production environment.

What You’ll Do:

· Operate and assist with production equipment and machinery

· Prepare and organize materials for production contracts

· Maintain quality and production standards

· Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

· Load, unload, move, and organize supplies and materials

· Assist with inventory and proper use of equipment

· Support facility cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

· Work in different production areas depending on business needs

· Help train and support team members when needed

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule & Pay:

Job Type: Full Time | Tuesday thru Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm some OT required, based on production needs.

Pay: From $16.64 per hour.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year work experience highly preferred.
• Must have the ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with internal and external customers of Adelante, and have the ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Other Requirements:

Must pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Must have reliable transportation. Must have effective verbal communication and writing skills.
