At Hearth Pizza Tavern, we’re not your average pizza place. We handcraft fresh dough, prepare house-made ingredients, and fire every pizza in our oven for the perfect finish.

We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our pizza kitchen as a Pizza Line Cook / Pizza Maker. Whether you already have pizza experience or you’re eager to learn, we’ll train the right person on dough stretching, pizza building, oven execution, and the fast-paced rhythm of our kitchen.

This is not a generic line cook role—this is a hands-on pizza production position in a high-energy kitchen.

• Hand-stretch pizza dough and prepare pizzas to recipe specifications
• Build pizzas with proper portioning, toppings, and presentation standards
• Operate and manage oven cooking times for consistent quality
• Work the pizza stations efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service
• Prep ingredients, including cheeses, sauces, toppings, proteins, and garnishes
• Maintain station cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure accurate ticket times
• Support prep and closing/opening duties as needed
• Learn kitchen systems and help maintain smooth service flow

• Previous kitchen, pizza, restaurant, or fast-paced food service experience preferred—but we will train the right person
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized during busy shifts
• Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Weekend availability is required
• Availability for AM and/or PM shifts
