For our new manufacturing plant in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.
Requirements:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Entering and Processing sales orders into our ERP system (SAP)
- Updating and Maintaining customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Answering heavy volume (at times) of “customer request” phone calls and emails
- Managing assigned territory and effectively building relationships with customer accounts
- Provide superior internal account management support to the outside Regional Sales Manager in assigned territory
- Managing blanket and special tool orders
- Processing RMA’s (Return’s)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Helping in the shipping department on heavy volume days
- Communicating and coordinating with co-workers as part of a small sales and service team
- Work closely with Production, Marketing, Shipping, and Sales, most of whom are outside the office and USA
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of our product line
- Ability to accurately communicate all technical specifications and provide “basic” technical support to customers
Your profile
- 3 years minimum related customer service in a manufacturing company experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced team environment
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with co-workers and customers
- Self-starter with a solid ability to manage work and customers with minimal supervision
- Strong computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Products
- Familiarity with an ERP system- prior SAP Systems experience a plus
- Comfortable with web-based applications such as Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce
- A leader willing to take initiative and assist and follow through on tasks
- A team player willing to help with the small office “extra” work that may fall outside of the regular job responsibilities.
