This role sits at the center of end-to-end supply chain execution, leading warehouse operations, inventory management, and hardware configuration activities within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across fulfillment processes while aligning closely with planning, IT, procurement, finance, and services teams. The position blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic influence, requiring strong ownership of KPIs, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also play a key role in shaping ERP-driven workflows and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility and efficiency. This is a high-visibility leadership role where execution and strategy intersect.
- Lead daily warehouse and hardware configuration operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.
- Manage, coach, and develop supply chain and configuration teams, setting goals, monitoring performance, and supporting career growth.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Services, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align operational execution with business needs and deployment schedules.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for warehouse, fulfillment, and configuration issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including performance management, issue resolution, and contractual escalation when needed.
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and accuracy.
- Lead risk assessments and develop contingency and continuity plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Partner with IT teams to enhance ERP systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) and reporting dashboards for better operational visibility.
- Prepare and present operational performance updates, supplier strategies, and business cases to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, including 3–5 years in a management role.
- Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of supply chain systems, vendor management, and contract governance.
- Experience evaluating supplier performance and driving operational and cost improvements.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and operational reporting tools; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to evolving processes, and drive structure in ambiguous environments.
- Nice to have: Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP certification; experience in hardware, technology, or deployment-based environments.
