Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gutter installation or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of gutter installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to Pass a Background Check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What this position looks like for you:
- Plan and execute daily work schedules, including assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
