This role sits at the heart of a large-scale enterprise transformation, where you will help shift organizations from traditional project-based delivery to a modern product-centric operating model. You will act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding product streams and platform teams through complex transformation journeys. The environment is highly cross-functional, requiring strong collaboration across product, engineering, agile, and governance teams. You will shape how teams adopt new operating models, ensuring alignment across people, processes, tools, and governance frameworks. Your impact will be visible in how effectively organizations execute transformation roadmaps and improve delivery maturity. This is a high-influence role combining strategy, execution, and hands-on transformation leadership.
- Lead transformation initiatives across assigned product streams and platform lines, enabling the adoption of product-oriented operating models and ensuring structured execution of change programs.
- Design and implement governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and performance metrics to support consistent delivery and decision-making.
- Assess current-state maturity and define clear transformation roadmaps aligned with Crawl–Walk–Run progression models.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on operating model design, team structure, and role clarity across functions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across product, agile, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation objectives.
- Support risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation management to remove blockers and maintain transformation momentum.
- Develop and maintain transformation assets such as playbooks, governance templates, and best-practice frameworks.
This role requires strong experience in enterprise transformation, program management, or consulting within large, matrixed organizations. Candidates should bring deep understanding of product operating models, agile frameworks, and governance design. The ideal profile combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability and strong stakeholder influence skills. Experience in guiding organizational change and building scalable delivery frameworks is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in transformation, program management, agile delivery, or consulting roles
- Strong expertise in enterprise transformation, operating model design, and governance frameworks
- Proven experience working with agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS
- Ability to define and implement organizational maturity models and transformation roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
