This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Polish Quality Specialist based in United States.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity for a detail-oriented language professional who takes pride in precision and linguistic accuracy. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of Polish-language transcription work by reviewing, validating, and improving output across ongoing projects.
The role is ideal for someone who naturally notices grammatical nuances, spelling inconsistencies, and stylistic issues, and enjoys maintaining high language standards.
You will also act as a key point of contact for quality-related questions, helping guide reviewers and ensure consistency across workflows.
The environment is fast-moving and flexible, allowing you to work independently while contributing to a global, language-focused initiative.
Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will collaborate with distributed teams and escalate issues when needed.
This role offers the opportunity to apply your linguistic expertise in a meaningful, real-world data environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Review Polish-language transcriptions for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall linguistic accuracy
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure consistency across assigned transcription tasks
  • Assign and track tasks to support workflow continuity and timely project completion
  • Serve as the first point of contact for quality-related questions and QC workflow guidance
  • Communicate clearly in English with team members and stakeholders
  • Escalate unresolved or complex quality issues to the appropriate regional lead
  • Support continuous improvement of language quality processes and standards
Requirements:
  • Native or near-native fluency in Polish (ISO: pl_pl)
  • Strong English proficiency, with assessment required
  • Excellent grammar, orthography, and punctuation skills (formal evaluation may apply)
  • Background in linguistics, translation, transcription, localization, or related fields strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language inconsistencies
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a remote environment
  • Ability to onboard within two weeks of selection
  • Strong online research skills to support language verification when needed
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay at $16/hour
  • Fully remote, flexible schedule with work-from-anywhere arrangement
  • Fast onboarding process with quick start opportunities
  • Independent work style with minimal micromanagement
  • Exposure to global data and language-focused projects
  • Opportunity to apply and strengthen professional linguistic expertise
  • Inclusive and supportive international team environment
