What Will Your Next Role Look Like?
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer based in São Paulo, Brazil, to bring Peliplat’s brand,
campaigns, and community experiences to life through compelling and culturally relevant visual
design. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Social Media, and Growth teams to create
assets that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms, campaigns, and in-app
experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual storytelling with an
understanding of internet culture, entertainment, and social-first content.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual Identity- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all channels.
- Create visually engaging designs that align with Peliplat’s voice and community-driven identity.
- Help evolve Peliplat’s visual language as we scale globally.
- Design creative assets for social media, paid advertising, email marketing, partnerships, influencer campaigns, and community activations.
- Support growth initiatives with high-impact visual storytelling and campaign concepts.
- Adapt assets for different audiences and regional markets, particularly Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on in-app visuals, promotional banners, UI assets, and feature launches.
- Ensure visual consistency across mobile and web experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Adapt designs for different markets, particularly Spanish and Portuguese regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design across digital and print media.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, campaign, and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Experience designing for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and paid digital campaigns.
- Experience creating print materials including posters, flyers, and promotional collateral.
- Professional working proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience.
- Experience working in entertainment, media, creator economy, gaming, or startup environments.
- Passion for film, pop culture, and online communities.
- A creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Passionate about film, entertainment, internet culture, and digital communities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
