The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine is accepting applications for a part-time, appointment stream faculty position at the academic rank of Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the commitment effort of two days per week. The faculty rank and salary will depend on experience and qualifications. The primary responsibility of this position would be

- Provide clinic coverage for pre-doctoral/resident students in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery
- Teaching and clinic assignments will be at the chair’s discretion

Applicants must have a DDS / DMD degree from an accredited school and a dental license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. We are seeking candidates with significant clinical experience as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and have graduated from an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program and must be board certified.

The school is located on the University's main campus in Pittsburgh, contiguous with the other five health science schools.
