Job Responsibilities:
- Lead software development and CRM projects from design through implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate development teams and ensure project delivery.
- Oversee system integrations, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Promote agile methodologies and development best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM systems, software development, or programming.
- Proficiency in at least 3 of the following: C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), COBOL, or DB2.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Web Services, XML, and UI/UX.
- Intermediate English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Required Availability:
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 100% on-site during the probationary period.
- Hybrid work schedule available after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
Compensation:
- Exempt position.
- Annual salary range: $65,000 - $75,000.
