About the Position

A leading hotel in Morrisville, NC is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join its guest services team. This position is being offered through a staffing company and provides flexible scheduling for qualified candidates with hospitality experience.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guests enjoy a positive and memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures using Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS

• Manage phone, online, and walk-in reservations

• Process guest payments and verify credit card information

• Welcome guests and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready

• Confirm individual and group reservations

• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records

• Promote room upgrades and hotel services when appropriate

• Follow hotel policies and brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Guest Service Representative, Receptionist, or similar hospitality role

• Experience with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Basic computer proficiency

• Experience with hotel reservation systems is a plus

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
