The cloud-based CENTEGIX Safety Platform® initiates the fastest response time for emergencies, from the everyday to the extreme. Leaders in over 18,000 locations nationwide trust CENTEGIX's innovative safety solutions to empower and protect people (every day).
Purpose
The Director, Enablement is responsible for building CENTEGIX's internal enablement function from the ground up. This role owns how our people learn the CENTEGIX story, our products, and how to sell and lead effectively as the company scales. You will design and own the curriculum, certifications, and measurement systems that turn new hires into confident contributors faster, and turn good performers into strong sellers and leaders.
This is an individual contributor role, building the enablement function from the ground up. This role is foundational to CENTEGIX's next stage of growth, ensuring that as we scale headcount, our people scale in capability and confidence just as fast.
Position Responsibilities
Company and product knowledge
- Own and continuously evolve training on the CENTEGIX story, mission, and product suite, ensuring every employee understands what we build, how it works, and how our products work together
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to keep enablement content current as products, positioning, and the competitive landscape evolve
Selling skills and sales enablement
- Design and deliver a structured selling skills curriculum, covering foundational sales methodology, objection handling, and product-specific selling scenarios
- Build and manage a certification program so managers and leadership can verify readiness at each stage, from onboarding through tenured performance
Leadership training
- Design and deliver leadership development training for new and existing managers, covering the fundamentals of running a team, coaching, feedback, and performance conversations
- Partner with People Operations to align leadership training with the competency framework and existing manager readiness tools
Curriculum ownership and measurement
- Own the full enablement curriculum end to end, from onboarding through ongoing skill development, ensuring content stays current and relevant as the company matures
- Establish clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, including ramp time, certification completion, and manager and leadership readiness
- Report on enablement impact to leadership, tying programs back to business outcomes like time to productivity and internal promotion readiness
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, learning and development, or a related field, ideally within a scaling SaaS or B2B technology company
- Proven experience designing and owning a training curriculum from scratch, including certification and measurement frameworks
- Experience delivering both sales-focused and leadership-focused training, rather than one or the other
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to teach technical product concepts in a way that is clear and engaging
- Comfortable operating cross functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and People Operations
- Self-motivated builder who thrives in an environment without an existing playbook, since this function is being built from the ground up
- This role is based in Atlanta, GA. Regular onsite presence at our Atlanta headquarters is required to facilitate in-person training sessions and lead hands-on product activities in our demo room
Who you are
- You naturally think in systems, connecting product knowledge to selling scenarios to leadership conversations rather than teaching each in isolation, and you bring both the patience to meet people where they are and the conviction to hold a high bar for readiness, always measuring not just that training happened, but that it changed how someone sells or leads
What’s in it for you?
- Remote first work environment; we offer workplace flexibility
- Participation in company wide discretionary bonus
- Fifteen days of PTO plus twelve company holidays
- Three days of paid Sick Leave and one floating holiday
- Monthly device(s) reimbursement
- Up to $2500/year reimbursement for eligible education expenses
- We offer a range of Healthcare plans to meet your needs (medical, dental, vision)
- 401(k) Plan with 4% employer contribution to help you plan for the future
- Employee Referral Bonus
- Charitable Program Match
