Student currently enrolled at an accredited university in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, within a year from graduating or a graduate of an accredited university Bachelor’s or Master’s program who have obtained their degrees no earlier than 24 months prior to the date of hire; no previous experience required.

Knowledge of or familiarity with defined area of operational/administrative/technical specialty.

Entry-level knowledge and skill at the Bachelors or Masters level within specified area of professional specialty. Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.

Project planning skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained no earlier than 24 months prior to the
date of hire; no previous work experience required.
