Job Description

Project/Systems Integrator

About the Organization
Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. We are a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions to customers with missions critical to U.S. national interests. We’re looking for thoughtful, skilled professionals who thrive as trusted partners building technology-agnostic solutions and want to apply their talents supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets.

About the Role

Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Project Integrator to join our team in supporting a critical Sponsor’s office. This office is responsible for building and operating a hybrid-cloud mission infrastructure that hosts dozens of COTS, GOTS, and custom applications, as well as a large data lake.

Because this system operates independently of the Sponsor’s enterprise IT services, you will play a pivotal role in the architecture, engineering, and operation of the entire infrastructure stack—including compute, network, storage, VDI, and Active Directory. As the Project Integrator, you will be the "glue" that ensures multidisciplinary teams and mission partners stay aligned, projects stay on schedule, and the infrastructure remains mission-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize resources and monitor progress to ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead situational awareness reporting and horizontal integration planning for complex IT projects within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide regular, high-level communications to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Utilize the Sponsor’s project management framework and tracking systems to manage scheduled deliverables and program-level requirements.
  • Apply programmatic standards and work with task leads to provide recommended prioritization of tasks and levels of effort.
  • Coordinate closely with supporting mission partners to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components and enterprise services.
  • Manage project workflows and deliverables using best practices in adaptive product development.
Required Experience/Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology Project or Program Management.
  • Utilizing best practices and adaptive product development for project workflow and deliverables.
  • Managing infrastructure engineering and operations and maintenance (O&M) projects.
  • Driving project integration efforts to completion.
  • Creating and managing complex project schedules.
  • Planning and implementing IT standards, guidelines, and governance.
  • Estimating project costs and maintaining project scope.
Desired Experience
We encourage all candidates who meet the basic requirements to apply, even if you do not have any of the following experience:
  • Familiarity with hybrid-cloud mission infrastructure (Compute, Network, and Storage).
  • Knowledge of enterprise services such as VDI, Active Directory, and audit/logging systems.
  • Experience working with COTS, GOTS, and custom applications in a secure environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or ITIL.
  • Experience with project tracking systems and PM frameworks specific to the Sponsor’s environment.
  • Experience navigating "archaeology" or modernization of legacy systems within a data lake environment.
The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
