About the Role
We're hiring experienced OTR drivers to haul fresh produce in refrigerated trailers. Our freight is time-sensitive and our customers count on us — we're looking for professional drivers who run safe, clean, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (reefer) on regional and long-haul routes in full compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain temperature integrity of perishable loads; complete required temp checks and report reefer issues immediately
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep accurate ELD logs and DOT compliance at all times
• Communicate proactively with dispatch on delivery windows, delays, and load status
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately — BOLs, lumper receipts, and temperature logs — before departing the receiver

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A with clean MVR
• Minimum [1–2] years of verifiable OTR experience; reefer experience strongly preferred
• Current DOT medical card
• Working knowledge of FMCSA hours-of-service regulations
• Reliable, safety-first mindset
