Job Description

RevOps Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a RevOps Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling SaaS organization, powering the systems, data, and automation that enable a high-performing go-to-market engine. You will act as the technical owner of marketing operations infrastructure, ensuring CRM architecture, integrations, and data flows are scalable, accurate, and optimized for growth. The position blends systems thinking with hands-on execution, requiring comfort moving between SQL-level analysis and executive-level reporting. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Growth Product, Events, and Sales teams to ensure every campaign, launch, and initiative is fully instrumented and measurable. A key focus will be implementing AI-driven workflows and automation to increase efficiency and marketing impact. This is a highly cross-functional, builder-oriented role in a dynamic, data-driven environment where operational excellence directly influences revenue outcomes and customer acquisition performance.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the design, integrity, and scalability of marketing systems and data infrastructure that support the broader go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring clean CRM architecture, reliable data pipelines, and consistent attribution across all marketing channels.

  • Design and maintain CRM data models, ensuring structured, scalable, and accurate marketing data architecture.
  • Build and optimize integrations between CRM, product analytics, event platforms, ad systems, and enrichment tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks covering funnel performance, campaign ROI, and lifecycle conversion metrics.
  • Implement AI-powered automation and workflows to improve marketing efficiency, segmentation, and lead management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth Product, Sales, and Events teams to support launches and campaigns.
  • Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and actionable marketing data.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, instrumentation strategies, and reporting structures.
Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, ideally gained in a high-growth SaaS environment. You should be comfortable working deeply within CRM systems while also contributing to strategic GTM decisions.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, including complex workflow and system configuration.
  • Proven ability to design or significantly improve marketing data models and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to instrument events and define data flows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation use cases in marketing or revenue operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical systems into business insights.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with equity participation ($120,000 – $170,000 USD range noted for US-based candidates).
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (including dependent coverage).
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Home office stipend and company-provided equipment.
  • Bi-annual company retreats for in-person collaboration and alignment.
  • Fully remote-friendly and flexible work environment.
