This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity engineering and ServiceNow platform development, focused on building and enhancing enterprise-scale Vulnerability Response capabilities. You will design and implement secure, automated workflows that enable organizations to detect, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities efficiently across complex environments. Working in a remote, collaborative setup, you will integrate ServiceNow with leading security tools and help strengthen end-to-end security operations. The role requires strong technical depth in ServiceNow SecOps, API-based integrations, and security data pipelines. You will partner closely with security, IT, and compliance teams to translate risk requirements into scalable technical solutions. This is a high-impact position where your work directly improves enterprise security posture and operational resilience.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions that support enterprise-wide security operations. You will build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools, ensuring seamless vulnerability data ingestion, normalization, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize vulnerability triage, assignment, remediation, and reporting processes. You will also ensure adherence to security standards and risk frameworks while enhancing platform performance and scalability.

• Design and implement ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response modules
• Develop integrations with security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
• Build and optimize data flows for vulnerability ingestion, processing, and reporting
• Configure automated workflows for vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with security, IT operations, and compliance teams on risk-based workflows
• Ensure alignment with CVE/CWE standards, CVSS scoring, and security best practices
• Produce clear technical documentation for stakeholders across technical and business teams

This position requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations, particularly Vulnerability Response implementations, along with strong integration and scripting expertise. You should be proficient in ServiceNow development tools and have a solid understanding of enterprise vulnerability management concepts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment are essential.

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules, especially Vulnerability Response
• 2+ years of experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and orchestration
• Solid understanding of vulnerability lifecycle, risk frameworks, and enterprise security tools
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation and workflows
• Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, collaborative environments
