Marketing Automation Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist in United States.

In this role, you will serve as a key operator of marketing systems and campaign infrastructure, ensuring that marketing execution is scalable, data-driven, and tightly integrated across platforms. You will play a central role in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across email, automation workflows, and digital channels while strengthening lead management and lifecycle performance. Working closely with digital marketing, RevOps, product marketing, and sales operations, you will help translate strategy into operational excellence. This position sits at the intersection of marketing technology, analytics, and process optimization, with a strong focus on enabling AI-driven workflows and improving performance visibility. You will also contribute to data governance and reporting accuracy across the marketing tech stack. The role is highly cross-functional, combining hands-on execution with continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute marketing automation campaigns in Account Engagement (Pardot), including email programs, nurture flows, segmentation, and workflows.
  • Build, QA, and maintain campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Support multi-channel campaign execution across platforms including 6sense, paid media, and web channels.
  • Develop and standardize repeatable campaign workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize lead scoring models and lifecycle stages within Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Incorporate engagement signals, intent data, and event activity into scoring and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Support improvements in lead routing, conversion tracking, and MQL definitions beyond form-based signals.
  • Maintain marketing reporting infrastructure across Salesforce, GA4, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or equivalent platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM, marketing automation, and advertising systems.
  • Identify gaps in attribution and reporting, and support resolution through system and process improvements.
  • Enable AI-driven marketing workflows by supporting tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Assist in integrating structured data sources (CRM, SharePoint, intent platforms) into scalable automation workflows.
  • Support documentation and optimization of marketing processes to improve efficiency and repeatability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, RevOps, sales operations, and IT.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or demand generation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting or executing multi-channel digital campaigns across tools such as 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and funnel performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and BI platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Ability to manage and connect data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong focus on scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance and marketing data.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and interest in applying them to marketing workflows.
  • Experience supporting workflow automation, data governance, and marketing system integration is highly preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package (US-based).
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible work environment with remote-friendly arrangements.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Opportunities to work with modern marketing technologies and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Professional growth opportunities in marketing operations and revenue operations.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams including RevOps, digital marketing, and sales operations.
  • Dynamic, collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
