This role sits at the intersection of technical configuration, customer implementation, and Salesforce-based solution delivery within a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, well-structured technical configurations that power critical healthcare workflows. Working closely with implementation managers, product, engineering, and customer success teams, you will help ensure successful onboarding and deployment of enterprise clients. The position requires strong Salesforce expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. You will play a key role in configuring, validating, and optimizing solutions that directly impact customer success and platform adoption. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex configuration challenges and working end-to-end on implementations.
In this role, you will configure and support Salesforce-based implementations, ensuring customer requirements are translated into reliable, scalable, and well-documented technical solutions.
- Configure Salesforce-based SaaS solutions including objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical implementation designs in collaboration with implementation managers
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and automation logic
- Support data migration, cleanup, and backfill activities using tools such as Data Loader and structured import processes
- Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and identify root causes with clear resolution paths
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify gaps, enhancements, or technical dependencies
- Participate in QA, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to ensure successful customer deployments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration notes and implementation guides
- Ensure all solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and long-term customer success
This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, technical problem-solving ability, and experience delivering customer-facing SaaS implementations in complex environments.
- 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and permissions
- Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flow automation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience with data migration, data correction, or structured data imports using tools like Data Loader
- Ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical implementation tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, automation, data, and access issues
- Experience working with managed packages and understanding extension constraints is highly valuable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Nice-to-have: Salesforce Administrator certification, healthcare or regulated industry experience, integration/API exposure, and familiarity with deployment tools or Apex/SOQL
