Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.

HDI is seeking to fill a Disability Program Coordinator position. This role provides operational, analytical, and coordination support to the Executive Director and Executive Leadership Team for the Institute.

The responsibilities of the position include:
  • Leads and coordinates institute-wide operational and program activities for executive leadership, including scheduling, directives tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Analyzes and manages programmatic and operational data.
  • Coordinates disability-related programs and projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and documentation and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Supports compliance and process improvement.
  • Coordinates stakeholder communications for disability programs, ensuring materials are clear, accessible, and aligned with institutional standards.
