PRW Power is looking for a passionate automotive enthusiast to join our team as a Technical Advisor & Customer Sales Support Representative.

This isn't a call center job. We're looking for someone who gets excited about technical specs, rocker arm geometry, flexplates, water pumps, and the sound of a healthy V-8 coming to life. If you're the person your friends call when they need advice on their build, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

At PRW, you'll help consumers, engine builders, performance shops, and distributors select the right parts for their projects while representing a brand that serves the performance automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering technical emails and phone calls from customers and distributors
• Assisting customers with product selection and application questions
• Troubleshooting installation and fitment concerns
• Providing guidance on performance upgrades and component compatibility
• Supporting our distribution network with technical expertise
• Researching competitive products and market trends
• Contributing ideas for new products and product improvements
• Working alongside fellow enthusiasts who share your passion for performance

Typical workload includes:

• 15-20 technical support emails per day
• 5-10 technical support phone calls per day

What You Need to Know

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of:

• Domestic V-8 engines
• Classic American muscle cars
• Modern muscle and performance vehicles
• Flexplates, crankshaft flanges, and torque converter relationships
• Engine valvetrain systems
• Roller rocker arms and aftermarket valvetrain components
• Performance engine building fundamentals
• Product compatibility and troubleshooting

Experience reading engineering drawings is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has the desire to learn.

Job Details

• Location: Moreno Valley, California
• Position: Full-Time, On-Site, this is not a remote position
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
