Position: Site Manager
Location: Cape Canaveral, Florida
Facility: Kennedy Space Center (KSC)
Schedule: On site with 24/7 availability requirements
Pay: To be determined
Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
The Site Manager will serve as the on-site leader for protective-services operations. This position supervises personnel, manages day-to-day operations, represents the Program Manager locally, and serves as the primary contractor contact with NASA leadership at the site.
The Site Manager must work on site during designated business hours, remain available 24/7, return NASA calls or messages within 60 minutes, and be able to report to the site within four hours when requested after hours.
Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma
• 5+ years of experience supervising armed personnel
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret
• First Aid / CPR / AED
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO)
• NASA Basic Training Standard (NBTS)
• Required ICS/IS training
• NASA SATERN training
• NASA or comparable federal or military protective-services experience preferred
• Ability to work on site and meet 24/7 availability requirements
