Description: Automotive Lot Technician

Are you looking for a career and not just another job? At Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware, we are looking for a dependable, motivated Lot Technician who enjoys staying active, working with vehicles, and being part of a team. As a Lot Technician, you will help maintain and organize our new and used vehicle inventory while ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for our customers. You will work closely with our sales and management teams to keep the dealership lot organized and support the day-to-day movement and preparation of vehicle inventory.

  • Maintain clean and presentable new and used vehicle inventory
  • Organize and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership lot
  • Inspect new and existing inventory for visible damage
  • Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership
  • Replenish and organize front-line vehicle inventory as needed
  • Help ensure new and used vehicles are properly displayed and ready for sale
  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming vehicle inventory
  • Support vehicle movement for dealer trades and other dealership needs
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot
  • Assist customers, sales associates, and other team members as needed
As a Performance Team Member, You Will:

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the workday
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
