Field Technician / Engineer in Commerce, California at ROYPOW (USA) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD

RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers.

Job duties:

• Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
• Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel within the United States (all travel expenses will be covered by the company).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with lithium batteries preferred.
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Candidates with a background in electrical repair and troubleshooting are preferred.
• Technical support & Hardware Repair: 1 year (Required)
