This role sits within a high-impact commercial strategy function supporting a large-scale, AI-ready connectivity and infrastructure organization operating at the forefront of digital transformation. It focuses on turning enterprise-wide growth priorities into clear, executable annual plans that align sales, product, marketing, and operations teams. The position plays a critical role in translating strategy into action, ensuring field teams are enabled, aligned, and equipped to execute with precision. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior leaders to shape go-to-market direction and operational execution. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that initiatives move beyond planning into measurable business impact. The environment rewards ownership, influence, and the ability to drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
This role is responsible for driving annual commercial planning and ensuring strategic priorities are translated into structured, executable roadmaps across go-to-market teams.
- Lead annual planning cycles by translating business priorities and growth objectives into aligned commercial strategies, investment plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Drive activation of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring field teams are fully enabled and prepared for execution from launch.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to ensure coordinated execution and targeting.
- Identify high-impact initiatives and prioritize efforts that maximize commercial outcomes and strategic alignment.
- Establish scalable frameworks that convert successful pilots into repeatable, enterprise-wide processes.
- Improve execution discipline by embedding operational routines, performance tracking, and structured feedback loops.
- Transition strategic initiatives into business-as-usual operations to ensure long-term scalability and consistency.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional leadership within complex, matrixed organizations.
- 9+ years of professional experience (or 6+ with a Master’s degree), with strong exposure to commercial strategy or go-to-market roles.
- Proven track record leading annual planning cycles and translating strategy into executable business plans.
- Strong experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations in cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to move from strategy design to execution at scale, not just planning.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable priorities.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, enablement, and commercial execution frameworks.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture alignment.
- Competitive base salary with potential bonus and incentive opportunities (location-dependent ranges apply)
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Life insurance and disability coverage options
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave policies
- Flexible remote work arrangements (role-dependent)
- Employee wellbeing and support programs
- Opportunities for career growth within a global, innovation-driven environment.
