Scooter's Coffee Store 298 located on the corner of Eastern and Warm Springs in Las Vegas NV, is looking for an AMAZING Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team of amazing baristas, and oversee daily store operations.

Description
The Store Manager is responsible for all staffing, sales and operations in a Scooter's Coffee location. This role leads a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increase profit and demonstrates an engaged coaching style. The Store Manager exemplifies Scooter's Coffee core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an amazing customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and coaching the team and fostering the Scooter's "Amazings"
- Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare
- Hire, train, and consistently develop staff
- Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce and improve performance
- Determine daily and weekly staffing requirements based on business needs and crate work schedules accordingly
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual standards inside and outside of store, and equipment is maintained
- Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales
- Encourage team in reaching store goals and develop action plans to accomplish goals
- Execute cash handling, POS system, and operational procedures in an accurate and consistent manner
- Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability
- Administrative duties and maintain reports for the store
- Effectively run the store daily maintain company standards in personal and the store
