GENERAL JOB OVERVIEW

Join our Customer Service Representative team as we continue to grow our call center. As a team member you will be providing inbound and outbound support to caregivers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Hybrid – onsite for initial training and then work from home.
• Up training and cross training may require team members to come onsite once they have been approved to work from home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling of medical services
• Gathering of prior service results via document upload
• Rescheduling of no-show visits
• Communication and scheduling regarding need for follow up services
• Proactive outreach for upcoming compliance due date reminders which should be automated
• Facilitation of self service workflow process for personal assistants

QUALIFICATIONS

• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Ged/HS Diploma (Required)
• Customer Service Experience

• Ability to work independently to solve problems and gain/share knowledge.
• Good note taking and documentation skills.
• High level of patience and understanding with a willingness to help customers.
• Willingness to learn.
